I have used FinFit a few times and it is totally convenient. This time, I refinanced my loan. The only complaint I have is the minimum I could borrow was $500. I really wanted to borrow less than that but I know I can pay back the money with my debit card with whatever I didn't need.
I been dealing with this company for several months and I've always paid my loans early in order to get a better loan. However, I recently paid off almost $500 to only get approved for a new loan of $300?! I really felt like I got cheated and I'm frustrated to feel like I got let down in a desperate time of need
Everything is smooth and quick, not a whole bunch of non sense questions like other places and they give the option to get your funds same day, right away.

I am so incredibly unhappy with FinFit. I feel like I was 100% ripped off. I have taken two loans and they have both been paid off on time. Not one late payment. EVER. I was told I could refinance in October only to be declined the opportunity to refinance. No explanation other than, your loan cannot be refinanced at this time. I decided to wait until the full terms of my loan was fulfilled and just take a new loan. I was finally given the option to refinance if I paid an extra $200 over my usual payment. I decided to wait until my payment was deducted from my paycheck, like normal. Not only did they take the normal payment but they also took an additional payment from my holiday bonus. How is that okay?? I made the normally scheduled payment. That unexpected additional payment took over half of my bonus.
So now my loan is paid in full for a THIRD TIME. I'm excited because now I can at least get a new loan. Never late on a payment, have paid three loans off, so I though I had built good history, right? Yeah. NO. I got approved for $300. I just paid over $800 in payments. An unexpected EXTRA payment was taken only to be give $300? And right before Christmas. I can not make the holiday purchases I had planned to. I feel so very ripped off and mislead. I am the HR manager of my organization and I am speaking to leadership about removing this feature. This is not helpful to our employees. It's a rip off. I'm sharing this with my network of HR Directors/Managers as well. This ruined my Christmas and my kids Christmas.
When I first got a line of credit it went pretty smooth. I had no issues, but then I checked my account one day and it was frozen saying I had a past due balance. Then a couple of weeks later, checked again and it was updated to current. Recently it showed past due again and the days it was past due bounced around. I was working with an account manager, but after initially speaking to her, I never heard from her again. I have talked to several people and the last person I spoke to said it was a glitch in their system and IT is working on it. I decided to do an audit of my account, what I borrowed, fees charged and the payments made. I went in recently and made a large payment to cover the "past due amount" and after doing the math, there is $206.22 missing that was not applied to the balance I owe. It has been months since this "glitch" has happened and I have gotten no resolution. To say this has been frustrating is an understatement. Not only was I not past due, there is $206.22 I paid that is not even accounted for! The crazy part is that no one seems to be able to give me a solid answer. Just not a good way to do business FinFit!
I applied for a loan in November got approved instantly. Money was in my account in 5mins. Today I goes to repay my loan of $300 off early, was told that I reapply. And got denied for reason that they cannot verify my income. Same job! Took me 15 phone calls to finally reach a customer representative who was able to verify t my income while we was on the phone, but still no approval. Used my last to off the loan early, hoping that I could get more so that I could get my car fix. Feel really mislead.
Fin Fit always comes through when I have a loan need. Two days before Christmas and I am needing a little extra money for an extra special gift and I was eligible for refinancing. So I pay the remaining amount on my current loan and start the amp for refinancing. The money I used to pay the refinance amount was all I had left until after the holiday and I get to a certain point in the application process and the app freezes and tells me I gotta wait 1-2 business days! I start freaking out an dsee that they are still open or customer service is open I call and within 2 minutes they habe the issue cleared up on a Friday night at 7 PM, two days before Christmas and somebody was there to help me bank with them, or do transactions with them for the rest of my life! I can guarantee it!
I’m so sorry but this company is very unprofessional I had my account compromised and I suffered so much behind it on top of losing my fiancé after canceling out my cards and account and given a new card only for the account to get closed two days before the temporary credit was applied it’s been almost a month since I last heard back from anyone at this company after begging and pleading with them to transfer the funds to another account which is stated in their terms of services. I desperately need the money to help bury my fiancé after explaining this to about five different people. I received an email saying that I will receive a check in the mail so I have made payment arrangements with the funeral home thinking that the process shouldn’t be that long to receive the check it is now Jan 9th a month now and I have yet to receive a check. Now I’m struggling to pay the funeral home because I cannot get my fiancé cremated until I fully pay the funeral home. This is such a stressful and painful situation I’m experiencing right now with this company. I was able to talk to my HR department about this and now there are looking into another payroll company. This is so unprofessional.
